THis is something you can do yourself. If you are comfortable with electricity then read up. If not call an electrician. DO NOT CALL THE POWER CO! I live in CA and my circuit breaker is on the exterior of my house AND its recessed into the stucko. If it werent for this i would have done my panel myself. Im doing a 240 subox tomorrow.
