That could be a Starting point for you in the LED world. Start small,there is nothing wrong with that.
But I would still recommend T5's for your seedling lights. But that's a personal opinion

Use fluorescent for seedlings, even less heat, even less power, even less $$$

T5 was my first option as well

Any other suggestions on bringing down heat? My room is at 86, I have an 8” exhaust fan and 4” vortex inlet fan. I have a 12” Oscillating fan on the floor already. My lights aren’t hooded and vented. 2 DIY LED strip boards I built.
