Zem, here's a question for ya..
I know we have agreed that a 250w HPs will be best suited for my set-up BUT Im wondering if i will get better light coverage with 2x 150w.
I found a cooltube for the 250w that's 5'' x 1.3feet. My cab width is 3ft. If I stick 3plants in a row, will they get enough light with the one 250w?

Just a thought.

you will need the right reflector for a 250 to cover 3ft length. 250 is actually more than you need for square feet(3.9) it can cover 5 sq.ft typically but the shape of your cab is longitudinal. 2x150 will be way too much IMO and heat will be a problem. i'd go with a 250 and get the right reflector

250 it is then BUT what about the right reflector? Like i said the cooltube i found is only 1.3ft long with little side reflectors covering the depth of my cab. Are you saying i will need a reflector that is 3ft long?
(I hope I'm not annoying you with all my newbie questions)
