my house was raided and they found 7.8 kilos of high grade skunk being grown in sea of green.
in mitigation they found no scales, cash , mother bush , cutting or seedings to suggest i intended to do another grow.
i said i had read on the internet half the " seeds" would die and some would be male hence why i grew the amount i did and that it was for personal use for my chronic ( legit ) illness. i have no previous criminal record.
what sort of time you think im looking at ? considering they cant prove i was cultivating for supply

where do you live? do you have a medical card and were just over the limit of how much? I find it hard to believe your not sitting in jail if you dont have a card if you had around 14 lbs. Thats a pretty big amount for them to not arrest you, just 1lb would be more than enough. you'd be facing years of prison time for 14lbs.

marijuana users in the UK get sent to special work labor prison camps in northern scotland during the winter, some are sent to africa in the summer to help herd goats....

i heard a guy once got 66 years for 3 plants in the UK... first time offender too...

I walked on an extremely crazy case so it's possible the dude is telling the truth. Never spent a day in jail...I did spent 6 hours in handcuffs though.

Your looking at about 2-3 years and you will be out in 18 months you won't much more than that and doubt you will be able to blag it as percy, how many plants did you have going and were you nicking electricity????

7.8 kilos of high grade and you don't think they can prove cultivation for supply? You couldn't personally consume 7.8 kilos of high grade, even over a long period of time. That is over 274 ounces. Even at an ounce a day that would be a 9 month supply.

yeah, and if i found your grow, i would confiscate it.

thats after i took an open razor across your jaw, dragged you to scotland and tortured you to death,
with a box of screws an electric screwdriver and a cattle prod.

your probably looking at 2-5 years, a huge fine and probably community service/probation when you get out

how many plants did u have, i got caught with 25 big buddha cheese back in september but was probly only gonna get about 1 kilo. I live in manchester and this was my first offence i went to crown court and pleaded guilty to intent to supply and production of cannabis, i got a £500 fine and 200 hours cs.
my mate also got caught with 162 plants here in manchester he pleaded guilty and got 21 months, only did 4 though.
