grow room setup from the bottom to the top

hi am trying to seal up my room completely and add ac without disrubting it from sealedness strains i be uing is sour diesl, power flower ,thaixskunk and few selected bagseed from my test grow previos to this .

i post pic so the area am using is seen at a 360 angle so that my question an be ask. my general area is around 9x9 little less where the stairs are if u understand. my veg room is in a corner of the room seperatly as sited on the 6 pic its 5x2 there i have my sour diesil growing from sed to become mother plants the are from royal queen seeds

if u l;ook at my stair way which is also going to be wrapped in panda and ir blocker to seal it from the first floor living roonm which the grow is right under.i am planning to use it as a lung room for my window ac . the ac would be install at the bottom of the stairs were it enters the grow space i pln to face the ac in the 9x9 area and then using the stairs to vent the condensa part of the ac i. also plan to use a 171 cfm filter in the stairs just in cause of any leak from the ac so that my guest wont know anything that is going on if i get company. do anyone have any input to know if i am on the right road thanks in advance
