Grow room setup

Hi all, im new to the forum and i'd just like to ask a few questions about the setup im planning. As im limited by space i want to do a cabinet grow. The box i want to make would be roughly 120cm wide, 70cm tall and 60cm deep with an 80cm wide 'main' chamber for growing and a smaller 40cm wide chamber for a mother or 2 to take clones as im planning on trying the SCROG method to maximise my grow space. Roughly how many plants would you advise growing in this space?

Also would i be best of going for the cfl envirolite lamps with the height being so limited? I was planning on using 2x 200w in the 'blue' spectrum for vegging, and 2x 200w in the 'red' spectrum for flowering under a reflective hood. Would this be suitable and has anyone got any pics of any crops done using the cfl envirolites? Can you get nice dense buds?

Any ideas? really i just need to know how many plants its best to grow in that space using the SCROG method? I might do away with the chamber for the mothers and just have a grow space of 120cm x 70cm x 70 cm and have a seperate cabinet for the mothers if thats not enough space.
