Grow Room Smell

I'm starting a small grow in an outdoor closet. I plan on growing one or two plants and then drying them in the same room (not at the same time) because it is the only place I have. The walls are painted white, but I was wondering if putting down a reflective material could also help keep the smell in the room. I'm also using a small air purifier in the room.

What should I use to keep the smell in, if anything?

Theres no real way to keep the smell in without using a carbon filter/random other active air filtration system. Even with minimal air movement it'll still smell.

How intense is the smell of two/three flowering plants? Is it real bad to the point that is smelled in the entire apartment for example or only in the area of the plants?

stay away from the skunk varieties. The smell from MJ comes from terpines. Terpines are volatile organic compounds (VOC's) So you can expect the smell to travel just like spilled gasoline. through walls, dispersing in the air, etc etc etc. Even with a CF cranking in my grow room 24/7, you can still smell something during the last couple weeks in my house.

Same here bud, I went to small on my CF and fan and I can smell it in the room the closet is off of very faintly. The problem is Im only one week into flowering lol. Weed fucking smells. Im about to buy a second higher power CFM fan and filter combo. No big deal tho I plan on doing this for a long time so all the extra gear is cool with me.

It all depends I guess. If you have kids and they bring friends over to play in the backyard and go home and say your backyard smells funny haha. Or the state comes by to do a tax assessment .all depends on the circumstances.
