    They do make a thing Im not sure of the name. I picked it up at Lowes. its used to cover water heaters.
    its a reflective insulation. you can always line the inside with that. I think for a 4'x25' roll is $30. kind of a lot more but a lot more reflective than white paint

That doesnt really look like the stuff. but that will work. the stuff I have is like bubble, its like 2 layers with air in between. its coo stuff, Ill take a picture of what I have and upload it

Hell yea, I learned... almost everything here. Lol but have you noticed when you ask a question there is always that one asshole that will have some smart ass comment to make? I hate that lol

i kno the stuff you are talkin about i use to use something it for my door, um one of them things for car windows to block the sun, but yeah i myself always enjoy advice cause chances are someones already done what im doin lol

is that ice on the ground? if it is u need to use 2x4's and get the floor up as high as ya can. and insulate with a thicker foam. and with the steel building u can prolly get away with spray foam. i would use the kind that dont expand to much. bit it should work good for ya.

thats some extra Styrofoam i had, i took 2 cans of foam and went threw and did the floor real good and a bad spot on the side of the wall
i should have pix of it today of how it turned out

Whats up bro? Frame that shit in add insulation to the walls us a bathroom exhaust fan for the fresh air in and another for the exhaust out. Then in the summer if you wanted since its insulated you can add a small wall air conditioner to grow all year round. Be a great little set up. Can insulated then add mylar as the sheetrock just staple to the frame,

i think all i got left to do is cut some wood and drill some screws, and then run some electric line to it, then the rest is just getting the main stuff needed for growing set up inside it
