grow tent set up

Hi everybody I have this tent about 3 feet wide 3 feet long and 5 feet tall. I only have 1 plant under a 250w cfl light. Is there anything else that it needs. The tent has 8 6 and 4 inch openings. Please help.

Exhaust fan, carbon filter, oscillating fan for inside the tent.

Definately a fan to get a breeze going. Maybe a temp/humidity meter. Smell isn't a concern for me with only one plant.

Just a fan in the inside of the tent? A have a temp but not a humidity meter.

The humidity meter isn't a must if you don't have a way to manipulate the humidity in the first place. My temp gauge is a dual temp/humidity gauge so I keep an eye on it. Can't do anything about the humidity but I keep an eye on it.
