Grow tent vent fan

Hi, I just upgraded my crappy grow box to a 4x4x6.5 grow tent, SO much better haha
So my question is what I need for ventilation? I was using a 6 inch inline duct fan
With a homemade carbon filter on it
I'm running 3 Hans panels (LEDs) for my lights so heat isn't a big issue and I have an oscillating fan in the tent. Right now I have no exhaust fan because my duct fans blades broke apart. my tmp in the room is around 22 degrees Celsius.
So the fan I'm looking at now is

They may have called it an inline fan,but,that is just a booster fan.It won't produce enough airflow with a carbon filter on it. They look like good fans but there out of the states and I'm in Canada so shipping will be more, but any 4 inch fan like those should move enough air?

plenty,I use the same fan/filter an all 3 of my 4x4s with hps/cooltube 1,000 watts. In the winter I have to slow my fan to keep it mid 70's. Temps mid summer high 70's low 80's. You may need to add heat with good inline fan depending on where you get intake air from.
