I started these outside a couple months ago just fraught them in a few days ago not getting tall now have them under grow light

They stop growing taller when they flower after stretch. Your flowering pretty good hence no more growth.

It’s gotta be an auto right? Or a plant that got severely stunted and managed to flower somehow.

Either way severely stunted. I've never tried autos, but even doing 12/12 from seed produces much larger plants than that if healthy.

Imagine a 4 acre field full of those, all different strains. Lmao.
