Growing autos in the shade

Ok so I live in an apartment on the first floor which is raised higher then the walk path.... So I want to do some autos outside on my balcony and I don't want to keep my lights on so long. The sun shines on my balcony but only for about 4 hours. Will the autos grow without direct sun light... If placed into a 5 gallon pot is it possible to get an oz. each or is it not possible

im sure it will get you high but wont be much too em i would think
