Growing dreads

I have given up on keeping my hair unknoted. At only 1/2in it begins to knot really bad. I would comb it every day and it would hurt like hell. The next day it would be just as bad. Even conditioning it every day along with adding oil does little to prevent the knotting. So I recently shaved my hair and I am gonna do nothing but wash it until it is about 3" long. Then I will start backcombing it so it can do what it apparently wants to do naturally. Just want even dreads, not a giant mat of hair without having little individual dreads and stray hairs.

As you can see some of the hair is already starting to grow in clumps

Oh how did that get in there?

zombie cats.

It looks like it is just starting to show symptoms.

That means Zombie Cat is shedding virus particles like cat hair.

It will be deceptively peaceful until it takes its first scratch.

Man, you're fucked.

Zombie particles infect your head first.

Does your hair feel NORML?

props to you for wanting to regrow your hair for dreads, I tried growing my hair out a year ago but once it got below my ears i couldnt take the heat. For some reason my head would feel so hot by having to much hair on it, so i just stick to shaving it short. Cats are EVIL btw i had a bad dream about them once and i just cant look at them the same way, That one looks quiet peaceful though.

That cats badass man, reminds me of one of the strays i used to feed.

But ive been thinkin the same thing man, my hair does the same thing at about an inch, it get so tangled and snarled and usually i end up conditioning it twice to help with the snarls but my job doesnt permit me to have dreads so im kinda sol, plus i honestly think i would look gay with them..
