Growing for personal use cheaply

This thread is for those of us who don't have big money to spend on a set-up and are growing 1 -2 plants for personal use. Any questions on self build tents, extraction or set-ups are welcome

yeah the light is close but it is not hot enough to burn the plant she seems to love it.
i think i will have to cover the electrics as there is no where else to put them any suggestions?

you could put a plastic sheet over your fuse box bud, just taped over from the top like a flap, would stop any unwanted splashes - which ,lets face it, being stoners - spillages happen, lol. then maybe a large ice cream tub with some holes cut in for the wires and put the socket inside there if you can't take them outside completely...just a thought

ok thanks will look into doing this but with mylar for the flap as i got some sitting around

no worries bro - just a health & safety thought, lol. I used white-black-white all the way round on mine
