Growing in a Duplex bad idea?

Is it a bad idea to grow in a duplex or do you think it is possible to do it secretly?

If you can cover the smell then your cool. You are better to be up stairs.

If you have the time and money to keep your grow silent and odor free I don't see why not. There are lots of apartment growers around here.

Easily done. Oder control has to be among your #1 priority, good ozone generator would be the more silent option. Charcol filters work great, however some inline fans are loud. Check light leaks, keep a low profile. Watch what you throw away or bring into the house in plain sight. Use common sense and you'll be cool

Thanks for the responses guys/girls (whichever you are). Duplexes are cheaper.

yep a piece of cake i have harvested twice with no problem. also make shure your management dont have a key to your home. you dont want any surprises!
