growing in a school zone

As always, use a little common sense. Keep things quiet.

Using a little common sense includes not moving in next to a fucking school when you know you are going to grow meds.
Telling someone it's no problem is bad advice. If it's a matter of just keeping quiet and no one will know, then shit - you
can grow right inside the school and use their electricity also. But ya, if anyone ever finds out, then it was a bad idea too.

Martys comment was perfect. Dr Bob, you move in next to the grade school in Lansing and do a greenhouse grow.

I dont think any State Law is being violated but there always the matter of having respect for your opposition and you shouldnt taunt em or give them a reason to shut you down and or make you out as something your not.

Barring any local ordinance, being next to a school is an 'add on' to a crime. If you stay within the act and grow for yourself or your up to 5 registry associated patients, you haven't committed a crime under state law. So there is no add on to a non-existent crime by being near a school.

Don't flaunt it and attract the attention of LEO though. Ask a lawyer to explain it to you if you have questions.
