I don't know if it'd work for a lot of weed, but when I have weed or roaches that I bring into the house. I usually put them in a container, and put a fabric softener sheet in with it. It pretty much covers all the smell while in a sealed container and those sheet things, especially if you just put it somewhere not in the open.

yeah but i dont want my weed to taste like a dryer sheet....but i guess if you are concerned that someone will smell your weed then i would find a better way of masking the smell... or a better place to hide it

Yeah, I found that unnecessary myself. It's not like I said I'm hiding a mass quantity. and it definitely doesn't make the weed smell like a dryer sheet, and it doesn't even come close to making it taste like it. Like I said, the weed is wrapped in a bag and then a dryer sheet thrown in around it, or next to it. Not wrapped the weed in a dryer sheet. But hey, be ignorant all you like, I know who is small at heart. I know it works for at least up to an eighth.

edit: I guess I didn't say to wrap it in a plastic bag of some sort first. Either way, you're still a dick head.

how am i a dickhead? i didn't do anything to you i just offered my opinion. and if you want to get icky about it then why are you even here if you are concerned with hiding the smell of an eighth? how do you expect to mask the smell of a couple ounces from a plant...this is a site for growers and last i checked people dont grow plants to get an eighth so they can wrap it up in a dryer sheet and hide it from mom and dad. iclone is the ignorant one he called you a fuckin noob not me....you need to learn some respect

I did and it seems to me that either way im still a dickhead....maybe he will post somthing to clarify but imo i've said nothing wrong...certainly not anything that requires name-calling i was just concerned that this fellow was mistaken and keeping his buds wrapped in dryer sheets to mask the smell...i didn't want the poor guy smoking up dryer sheet weed so i told him to find a better spot or new method of masking the smell and im a dickhead...either that or iclone, in all of his glory, is the ignorant dickhead...i'll just wait around for neebers' clarification

hey, which do you think is easier to cut branches while in a tree, hand clipers or a saw? any particular kind of either work well and function easily while in a tree? i'm going to cut a few branches off the trees above my vegetable garden, i need a fairly simple way to cut them, most branches are fairly small so one hand is about all i could use to cut with but a few i need to remove are about two inches in diameter. just curious on your opinion OP. i just don't want to spend money on clippers and then get up the tree and find out i'm going about it all wrong
thanx

I used loppers for smaller branches but i donno if they could cut through 2 inches. I'd use a saw but it's sorta a bitch to climb with that strapped to a backpack so it's really your call.

with the right locks and carbon filters... a dorm room closet would be bad... you could probaly get a 400w HPS in there on the bottom and a 250mh on top, get a few harvests in... haha

best of luck with whatever you do =]
Dude i actually did that last year at my dorms. I had a 400 watt hps going in my closet and a huge blanket over my closet to stop the light from flooding out. I inspired alot of people to grow in there dorm rooms. I eventually had to move the plant because it got to big for my dorm room. But it was cool while it lasted and people couldnt believe i got away with it!:mrgreen:It was hilarious when i came through with the hood and ballast, my friends were like, what the fuck is all that shit for? Little did they know :blsmoke:

Awesome grow! I'm all for new and creative ways to grow outdoors, ever think of hooking a drip line up to the girls? Maybe just bring a pump to the trunk with you when its waterin' time? I'm all for escapin the couch-lock, but it seems a 5 gallon bucket of water would be a little heavy (at first!)
Your post made me want to grow in a tree this summer, but get hail up to a 1/2" i diameter a few times a summer... and i have no idea if they would survive
Can't wait for this year's tree grow! that was for sure an inspiration!
