Growing in Montana?

thinking about relocating. i miss the snow.

so i know there is no program like 215 or ommp in montana, although they do have medical. does anybody have an opinion or experience with farming there? what i was reading on the internet so far kind of spooked me, and some of the laws seem pretty tight.
