equal parts perlite and dirt works good, might do slightly less if growing outdoor so the top doesnt dry out. honestly bro you should just start over, overwatering and extremely compact dirt no good

If you try to move your plants from that soil (which looks like it was dug up from a desert) then they will probably have some intense shock and die, or will barely live and probably flower early. Your best bet would probably be to read up on some of the stuff you're doing, then try to grow again. It seems like jumped right into your grow without having the right materials. I think the best bet for your environment would be to get some peat moss to mix in with that to retain water.
