I've recently purchased 10 diesel ryder seeds from Joint Doctors and was wondering if anyone knew what to feed them. The reason I ask is because I have never done autoflowering seeds before and it says that they go to bloom automatically. I will be using Dutch Master Gold nutes. My question is: Do I feed them grow, bloom, or both? Any info would be a great help. Oh yeah, I'm going hydro with a 600hps. Thanks guys!

Feed them grow when they are vegging and then bloom after a week of flowering. You'll do fine.
Thanks for your help. Just so I understand you right, are you saying that you will not feed them any type of grow nutes whatsoever? What will you feed them with before you can determine sex?

Yep, no grow nutes at all. I don't feeds them anything, they show sex at like, day 17, they are fine without nutes until then. Once they show sex i give them like, 1/4 strength bloom nutes. If you want to feed them something before they show sex, just use molasses. Hope this helps.

You would need some sort of nutrients for hydro. I dont grow hydro so I dont know what youll need.

Ah yeah, good point. If your hydro you would probably need to have veg nutes as water has virtually no nutrients in it.

Yeah, I don't no my stuff with hydro but from what iv read you should be fine with 1/4 strength till they show sex, i would get someone who grows with hydro to confirm this though. Good luck bro

Im doing diesel ryder for maximum growth I gave them full nutes till week 6......now Im giving them half strength grow and bloom nutes. They did show a little tip burn, nothing dangerous. But at full strength nutes the growth was explosive for the first 5 weeks.

Is when they show sex a way of knowing that they have entered their flowering period? By day 17 do you mean 17 days after planting the seed or 17 days after the seed breaks the surface, I'm confused

I would start counting the day it breaks the surface, I just purchased some lowryders and plan to do a seed grow so I am curious myself as I will also be doing dwc with 600w hps, I Have a MH bulb but think it may be best to just go with HPS all the way
