Growing Medical Marijuana Legal Question

So I live in Colorado and have my medical marijuana license. The state constitution allows me to grow up to 6 plants. Let's say my neighbors called the cops because they smelled weed growing and the cops came to the house. They bring the dogs and they start going crazy outside my house. I then show the police officer my license and he calls it in to verify it's validity. It comes back valid. At this point does the cop have the right to enter my house? If a search warrant would be required, would a judge sign it knowing that I can legally grow marijuana in my house?

I'm pretty damn blazed and this scenario just kinda popped in my head. I ran it by my wife and I want to see what you folks think.

Anyone? What right would the cops have to enter your house after proving you're allowed to grow marijuana? Does anyone see where I'm coming from or am I being a total dumbass?

im not sure the cops would even go to your house. if its legal there to grow wouldnt that be like calling the cops and saying "i smell tomatoes growing next door" is there a database of names of those allowed to grow so the cops dont raid those people. and worst case scenario they do go inside your house , so what. you are legally growing ... unless your not just legally growing pot and are doing something else that you dont want them to see. they might be abloe to go check to make sure you only have 6 plants.
it just seems weird to me that everyone so damn happy that they can grow "legally" yet everyones still all paranoid about the cops. if its legal, why care about the cops?
