Growing near the beach

Is the air too salty?
I live in an area with lots of dirt tracks and outdoor areas by the beach but back from the beach its too easy to spot a grow.
Should i give it a try? i was thinking the seabreeze and salt might effect plants.

Give it a try. Breed your own strain and call it Saltwater Taffy.
The soil mighgmighgt be too saltty, but you're never gonna know till you try

Be aware of your ground water levels at high tide, if u plan to grow in the ground.
I'm at about 2' above sea level and once a month or so during full moon high tide the ground water level is only about a foot down and half salt water. So it pretty much kills anything w roots going down that far.

I'm really close to the ocean. Never had an issue.
