Growing on a shelf? Possible?

Hello again

I was wondering if anybody on here has tried this and if it would work. I would like to just put some pots with seeds in on my shelf and hang the lights above them, is this possible? If so would it be a nice yield?

uhm, yea,,,,you could......just make sure theres enough lights.....and at least a fan or two.

Theoretically, anywhere a plant can receive light, water and air, it can grow.
