Growing problems with the wife.

I am having extreme issues with the wife and my passion was wondering how I should approach this. Adults please I don't wanna hear oh leave the bitch, (even though I have thought about it). The issue is the law its 5 plants 150.00 fine + misdemeanor mature plants. Ohio laws I'm considering a move to Mich im about 20 miles from the border. I have kids with another woman and she saw this site on my sons history. The kids are not exposed to any of it. But the wife and the ex hate each other and my wife doesn't want to be implicated can she be. Even if I say the plants are mine.

I'm sure she can be implicated if they are in the home.

on a side note.. I'm not in a relationship or anything and I'm still young... 19 almost 20 but why was she snooping on your sons computer history when she isn't the mother? My parents never did that they trusted me I guess.

She may or may not be legally implicated but damn sure will be affected by the busting in of the door and flashbanging in the middle of the night.

There are a lot of factors going into this that I know nothing about.

Would you qualify for Michigan's MMP? If so, and you are wedded to growing, I think that option makes the most sense.

How old are your kids? The older they are the more reasonable it is to push to grow on your own terms. Your ex can't get a warrant on your place just because one of her kids has this site on his pc. BUT if your wife gets freaked out and spills the beans, you could be in a world of hurt.

I would certainly not grow anything except lettus until you have a solid game plan. Stay out of the game until you have it all worked out, maybe with a move to Mich.

idk what to tell you no matter what you do. you can sugar cover the plants and the old lady will still bitch about it. some people just are totally not with growing. even in mi I know people that there wife will not let them grow because of the point its a drug. people smell it and break into houses and still federal not legal . some people my mother in law told my wife I should be put into jail because I grow plants . and im 100 % legal caretaker. so how would I please her ? if the cops raided the house. even if the house was in another persons name. and you came forward saying you will take 100 % responsible I would think they would let the how owner go. im not a lawyer. and again. who will know ? except your family.

5th amendment covers this...even with knowledge spouse doesn't have to testify.

The police might eventually let her go but they can also confiscate everything in the house and the house too . Basically leaving her homeless while you sit in a warm jail cell.

If you have children they can be taken away and tossed into a fucked up system. so if they are minors shut it down or move. if they are over 18 then its diff. Dont be an asshole. put your kids first. your wife and you may get fines and some small time but the kids will be messed up over it. so step back look at the whole picture about this who will be hurt the most and can you live with it if its worse case?????
