growing schwag

ok, this is the first time i've ever grown anything. i went to my friend's lake (very very unpopular, rural, unpopulated, middle of nowhere lake) and i had a bag of mids. the schwag part of it had alot of seeds.
i put the seeds in a wet rag for an hour, then went to a good spot (what i think might be one) and planted them kind of seperated, and some together. each hole is a half inch deep.
this is in minnesota, but the weather is hot, it rains alot, and it's summer so there's like 14 hours of sun every day.
will it grow at all?
i'd even be happy with a quarter of shitty weed.

It should grow, but I think it's kind of late to start an outside grow now. Just because it was schwag doesn't mean the weed you grow will be schwag. If you give the plant love and care, you will be amazed to see what you can get from even the shittiest bagseed.

Prolly not , and if ya would be happy with a shitty quarter bag ... go to the hood and buy a shitty quarter bag and be done with it ! Good Luck next time bud

shit in my hood a quad (2 eighths plus a little bit more) of schwag costs $50
but does that mean a quarter all together or for each plant?

Hey yomomma22, what's up? To answer your question of will your bag seed grow? Well yes and no. Yes if the seeds are nice, plump, no cracks in outer shell..etc. Now even when they do crack open and bring forth life, there is the possibility of an unstable strain, Hermans, or plants that are Males, and let alone how well they can fight off diseases and pests! So best bet is to grow a few and get the strain strong enough by cross pollinating and regrowing the new seeds next season.
