growing shott rider

I make a cardboard grow box cover the inside with sun mylar

I have 4 100 cfl light
I have ph tester and solutions
I have AC and ceiling fan
I have super stride
I have Cal mag
and tonight. I start to germinate my short rider seed
what next? I growing inside in DWC
How long I wait to put my nutrients?
Do I need to change or increase my light?
there will be only two plants.
I understand autos. Don't need to much of the lightning I using soft light
fir I will need cool light.
Plz help

are they 100 actual? my guess is no. so yes you will need more light much more if you wanna make it worth it.
