Growing Stages/time frames

If i had a clone and wait till it rooted, how long is the process on average for it to root?
After it roots how long will i keep this in the vegetation room before it goes to flowering room? And also how long should i let it flower for before i harvest. ( i know everyone plant differs and so on, just give me an average) im trying to figure out my friends schedule because he has a 10 light setup and a 6 light setup. He harvest the 10 light every other month and also the 6 light everyother month. he has one veg room (2x600w) and 2 flower rooms. jan-6 light is harvest, feb-10 light harvest march-6 light harvest april-10 light harvest etc.....it seems liek from clone to harvest it takes about 2 months? (all his lights are 1000watts and veg room he has 2 600watts. Can someone please break it down on the cycle stages and the time its in cloning, veg, flowering. If im missing a certain stage/time frame please include it. I have been reading but i just need reassurance lol thanks

ya way too many things to consider when you are talking about time frames, Flowering is the only cycle I feel you can put a time frame on 50-70 days depending on strains

from cut to root 10-14 days 7 more till you can flip or as long as you want in veg depending on space and size u want. 50 to 70 days in 12/12 depending on type.
