Yeah, this one's a little different. It says:
"Jalloh is serving eight years for supplying drugs."
Since he was caught growing, they may have charged him with intent to distribute. The only thing is that it says he, himself, is from Brent, North London. But his profile here says he's from Manchester. Though, I supposed he could've put whatever on his profile to misdirect anyone.
ETA: Although, there is this story too. Which says he was convicted of selling class a drugs. Marijuana is apparently a class b drug in the UK.

Somewhere in this thread the guy in questions says he is xx age (i think its 28 or something) and on the news report it says the guy is older. Now im not saying that's definite proof but presuming the guy didnt lie about his age its not him. But it wouldn't surprise me, the guy in prison was growing weed outside in winter.......
