yea and no he has 5 plants 3 on cfl and 2 on some fluorescent shop lights i did the shop light thing to till flowering so lets see where it takes him

i would say the rockwool cubes is the best motst reliable,
but many people use the paper towel because they like to see thier seeds progress

rapid rooters are a little different than rockwool.
like Gman said people like to use the Paper towel to make sure they are insured a sprout.
