grrr 2nd grow gone wrong

so here i go i grew 5 w/widow for my 1st using canna coco and canna nutes followed wot it said on the tin and pow not a bad attempt if i say so myself .this time all the same stuff but g13xhaze.all sarted fine veg went well and so did ist few weeks of flower ,problem is all tops of plants have buds but have not swollen in size and buds are forming lower down and also not swelling.not sure if i hav a hermi problem or if my nite temps are 2 low as it is in a garage .my question is do i give up or can rescue this they have been in flower for 9 weeks.

I have never grown that strain but I believe it is sativa Dom and some sativas can take up to 14 weeks to finish so at 9 weeks flowering you could potentially have 4-5 weeks left

You haven't said what your pH or your temperatures are... or the ppm you feed at.
how close are your lights? are the lights glassed-in and air-cooled?
G13 Strains are hardy and can take nutes-- but "following the tin" is not how to feed them.. you need to follow a feeding schedule...

my light is an open 600w hps grow lux about 12 inches of the top of the plants the plants are about 1 mtr high from soil.as for ppm and ph i aint got that technical as of yet which makes me look a dooshbag i know.as for the feeding schedule ive just followed the canna coco guide/chart off the net.ive now turned inlet fan off on a nite to keep temps up incase that will help.will try and get pics.thanks guys

You need to understand ph and ppm.
If you are feeding what the fert people say to, you are feeding too much.

I probably use 25-50% of what the Lucas Formula says to use.
