Need these next few weeks before I harvest to allow the ladies to grow so I can put them in flower soon after going into the 5x5.

Tuesday 12/3 will be time for the 42 day trim.
They can use it.

Peace Out!

About to head to the shop to begin the 42 day trim.
But first thought I would show how much the clones have taken off since transplant.
After transplant, 11/24/24.

Hey man, lovely grow, I like your technique of tying the tops down to the screen to maintain an even canopy, it's looking super full and I'm sure it will yield awesome. Can I just ask whose wedding cake you're running? I get the impression you've ran it before so what's it like? What kind of yield you expecting from this space? Again mate, nice grow! I'll follow along for sure!

First time running this photo strain.
It is Barney's Farm, supposed to be 24%, will see.
From past grows in this tent I am expecting somewhere in the two lb range for smokable buds and a half to full lb of untrimmed buds for making oil.
We shall see.

I love barneys farm, I did just see they had all their strains for half price on cyber Monday and I had to stop myself buying some. That sounds like a great harvest mate I wish you the best of luck.

A few yrs back I bought a bunch of seeds from Seedsman, most were Barneys Farm, but got some autos and photos.
Since then I have changed how I use seeds, before I would get, say 10 seeds, and germinate all of them chose the best 6 and either give the rest away or compost them.
Now I germinate one or two seeds, grow them and take clones to get my 6 usable plants. Then I take clones for what will be my spring grow. Then take the summer off and start again in the fall.

I'm looking forward to seeing how this turns out then, how many seeds were popped for this run? Jungle boys wedding cake is hands down the best bud I've ever smoked so I've looked for alternatives to buying the seed junky f4 wedding cake ever since, mainly cos I don't like to deal with regulars. I feel like it's been out there long enough now for some breeders to have worked their lines so hopefully it turns out something like the sweet Cakey goodness the genetics are capable of. I see csi sells wedding cake s1 which I've pondered for a while. But I do love barneys, so if it's good I'll grab a pack or 2

I popped two fems, one I kept and the second went to a friend.
From that one seed I took a number of clones then selected 6 for this grow.
Did this last grow with Doe Si Doe's and got a great yield. Feel like I have been wasting seeds for years.
Have not found that one strain that I want to keep for life!

The Wedding Cake mother and her 6 babies.
The babies will go in the tent as soon as the ones in there now are harvested. The will give them time to get used to the LED (approx two weeks) then put them into flower.

Will be making up a new 15 gallon rez tomorrow, it will be just RO water, light Epsom salts, and light Cal/Mag.
Will see a burst of new of white hairs and then they are ready.

Gave the ladies a hefty watering today with just RO water and a little Mag. Normal watering is 45 sec, did 3 minutes 15 sec, got very good runoff .
Now I will let them take up as much solution as it can absorb before I turn the lights off and leave them off till Monday morning, then it Chop Chop .
I am not seeing the burst of growth I expected after a few days of watering with RO and low nutrients.
As sticky as they are I see a nice haul of finger hash with this harvest.
