Went out to check the babies and took some pics. The JB are by far the biggest and beefiest of the lot. The BCK looks nice too. I only have one Ult Chem so far and it is big compared to the others, but I am reloading for a second run on those and others. I currently have 18 babies in the nursery. Sorry I took so many pics I got carried away.

THx NB. I use to do indo awhile back and always found I liked the outdoor better. I grew 6 or so strains last year (2009 grow in my sig) and I m looking at some different strains to try to find some keepers to carry forward. I will check out your indo and OD grows.

I fed the little guys today. Well they are very little anymore and Im sure they will get bigger real quick now that I am feeding them. Pics on Wed every week so I dont bore everyone with my babies pics, lol.

On the reload I scuffed up all the replacement seeds and am waiting for my seedling heating mat with digital temp readout. Im kinda glad there is a little lag time inbetween these two seed poppings because it will hopefully give me some rest when it comes time to trim. THat's it for now.

I bought some potassium bicarbonate for mold/mildew and fungus control. I have come to learn many of these types of fungicides are made up of either oils (neem or mineral) or potassium bicarbonate. They both inhibit and prevent fungus, mildew, and mold on contact and where sprayed. So that means if you dont get contact or cover an area you can still get mold so I will also need to control humidity and temp. That' s gona be a tough order for an outside grow near the coast.

Thats what we are all here for to learn and enjoy each others grows. Stick around and I will get into making your own soil. Far better than the other brand because you make it with the good stuff. Some people only water with this soil all the way to the end. We shall see. Thx for the nice words Boomer

Love, my man, Love.
TLD as always welcome anytime.

Ok peeps I have the Wed update for you tonight.
The babies are doing fine. HEre are the ones currently growing. I didnt take too many as I didnt want to bore anyone with baby pics, lol. Note the "special" fat leafed one and the purple stemed one. Both are JBs. My heating mat should be here any day so I will be popping the replacement seeds soon. Enjoy

I just fed them today with 1/4 strength grow ferts. This is their second feeding. Once per week so far. Got my seedling heating mat so the reload seeds are soaking as we speak. Wish me luck.

Thx for the luck Hodge.

Ok So I soaked the seeds for 24 hrs on my new heating mat with digital thermostat and when I looked in on them there were a lot that had popped and some with tails. I went out and got my promix, wet it, and put it into small pots. I put each type of seeds into one pot each except for the C-99 seed which had the longest tail, which got its own pot. I labeled them as they got sowed so I would know whats what. Back they went on the heating mat.

When I looked in on them this AM there were 2 popping out of the surface of the soil; C-99 and BK. Im hoping for a bunch more but these were the longest tails so they were first up. Stay tuned

Checked the pots again today and there is another BA, 2 BK, CI x BB, and 3 BCKs. The outdoor nursery is looking stout. The special JB has a new set coming out and it is starting to straightenout but I think by its structure it may be a male. The other JB is the purple pheno as the stalk is already purple. Stalk is stout though on both. BCK is stout and doing well. One plant started out very stout and then the lead (top) of the plant fused into a 6 to 7 leaf as the top. The node below has only one side with a new shoot, which has become the top shoot. The SQ, P, Q, BCK, HAOGK all are looking good so far. Hoping for more from the indoor nursery.

It's that time again guys. The plants didn't get a full week of sun and it even rained a little on Tues AM. I have been giving them weak ferts (about 1/4 strenth) once a week but I'm going to bump it up since they seem to be taking it well. As you can see by the pics they are doing well. There is a skunky smell in the group but I havent tried to pinpoint it yet. The fused leaves and strange growths have given way to regular growth. I have also begun bringing the 8 new starts outside during the day and putting them back on the heating pad at night. Enjoy the pics.

Row 1: Group shot, JB stem, 2 JBs, purple stem JB, 6 finger leaf node (former top) and new top
Row 2: Top shot of 6 fingered leaf, P, both P, HAOGK, new nursery out for a walk
Row 3: CI x BB, SQ

Thx Hodge. I will do my good weather dance for you. Another Ultimate Chem just popped out today. I am not at all happy with this seasons seed popping success rate. I do like the old style (way I use to do it) soak in water plant in soil. I did find an old tin burried in abox full of 20 year old seeds. THey still look good but what are they? Got too much goin on to worry about it.

they look mighty healthy :)
Thx TLD. These in the wagon are doing really well. I think I will bump up the fert dose to 1/2 from 1/4. I better start my log too or who knows when to fertilize? 28 plants so far. Hopefully I can get 12-14 good females.

Had another MS pop up. Im not sure how many more will come out. I will give them another week. I also had one of my new Ult Chems eaten by an earwig. I went out to get the babys from a day in the sun and there it was nawing on the stalk just below the first leaves. Bastard! Gave the bigger ones a good watering with some grow ferts. THey have some of the thickest stalks I have ever seen. Pics on Wed.

Had a LA Con x ECSD and another UltChem break ground yesterday. Gave them water and threw them in the sunshine so they know which way is up. I upped the ferts on Sat and everyone was ok except the big BCK. It was burnt a bit on the lower leaves and some of the upper ones. It looks much darker and bigger than the rest of the plants. It looks a bit lanky in my view but we shall see. I count 5-6 nodes so we should be seeing sex in a few weeks. Tomorrow is Update Wed and pic day. I will get a total tally of whose who out there. Stay tuned
