alrite, finally, all are transplanted outside, i used that fertiliser crap that i posted pics of earlier.

theyre in about 1'x1'x1' holes with the earth compost ratio of 50:50.

i covered the earth with grass/hay so that its not easy to spot them unless ur lookin.

enjoy the pics ;) all but one of the plants are in there (one just got transplanted and was kinda keeling over - eyesore :) )

Dr. Commie are you in the UK? They're looking good btw. Are your GG hidden well from public view because im unsure of a spot which is about 5 metres away from a footpath in a nature reserve but hidden from view. I want to grow lowryder but im worried about the smell. I need to find the perfect location. Any tips??

And also, with the garlic/dish detergent insect repellent, will fairy liquid do or will that kill off the plant?

lal fairy liquid? dont even think about it! that shit will kill ur plants faster than the cops. im in ireland btw, same climate. i grew some lowryders earlier on in the year march - may. dont worry bout the smell, but 5 yards from a footpath is a bit too close for my liking man. some1 that knows what to smell for will be able to smell it.

personally, i dont use insect repelent. dont really have any problems with insects... the slugs used to be at my LR2's, but they seem to have fucked off. It all depends on the type of insects youre worried about. usually, the plants should outgrow most insect attacks by themselves. If u get slugs, just come once in a few days, pick em off, and toss em into a stream or something to die. if its spidermites, u can get a cloth and wipe em off (the lil sluts fuck like stoned test bunnies, so ur gona have to wipe em off often, maybe twice a week), or get pesticide, if youre cool with smoking that shit when u harvest(cause im not :) )

haha yeh i wasnt sure about the dish washer detergent that evry1 talks about, ive decided to grow LR2s in another spot now and its a good location but the only problem is that its just a pond with loads of wildlife. Im gonna have all sorts trying to eat my bud

I dont think rats/foxes etc will be a problem so i dont need any chicken wire around it but I rekon i need some insect repellent. I dont wanna spray my plants but i dont know any other safe and non-toxic way..

I found this on another forum:

"Three large cloves of crushed garlic
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
One teaspoon of liquid soap
One litre of water

Combine the garlic and vegetable oil and leave to soak overnight. Strain and add to the litre of water along with the liquid soap. Spray regularly. Garlic is known for its antifungal and antibacterial properties, but it is its insect repellent qualities that most gardeners like."

Im not sure about the liquid soap though, surely garlic and vegetable oil will be enough as a general insect repellent. Has anyone got any knowledge of using liquid soap as a detterent?

if i were u i'd leave it till i actually know i have a problem ;S ........ maybe thats just cause im lazy. u never know, the insects down there might not even like LR2's, and ur gona spray it with garlic and make it smell like crap :(

ok, update #3 :) 20th May

It's been raining like hell over here lately, and i went to check on the babies... well toddlers now :D

theyre doing well, no signs of nute burn, but the hail has destroyed parts of leaf on 3 of them... however, they should be fine.

oh and the forecast for the summer is that its gona be scortching sunny like 30 degrees celcius :D so theyre gona gro like a muthaphuka xD

enjoy the pics ;)

Liquid soap is to make your solution stick to the leaves.

I use it with Round-Up Herbicide when spraying Poison Oak.

Yo Commie, try to study up on those bastard slugs, they really hit hard on tender leaves in the beginning of the season, weed is an easy target for them, an alien plant, I've already had my losses, hope they piss off soon, it's starting t become dryer here, those fuckers love humidity, try a copper ring instead of salt.

k, i had some free time today, so decided to go take a few pics for y'all.

since using the garlic pesticide all the insects have fucked off! YAY! :D cheers to those that have educated me on that :D

ive done uncle ben's supercroping technique on one of them, and cloned the bit that i cut off. the supercropped plant is doing good, but the clone is what im concerned about. its been like that for 6 days. Its not dead, but doesnt seem to be growing. what should i do with it?

heres the pics. the last 1 is the clone.

oh and the 1st two pics are plant #1, and i have a problem with its leaves curling up(can be seen clearly in picture 2). any1 know what this is, and what i should do about it? i couldnt find that in any of the "marijuana problems" threads. please help me with that :(
