i water mine once every 2 or 3 days. just water it when the top part of the soil is dry when you stick your finger in it.

thats around what i use. how big is your pot? cause me i can overwater mine cause its in the ground lol. i dont use a pot. i use around 1-1/2 to 2 gallons on each plant ever 2 or 3 days

and 400mL is not close to 1-1/2 gallon lol its like 1/4 a gallon.

Idk if I should be using more. could that be a reason they are not growing fast?

Wow...the only thing i can think of that would cause the stunted growth is possible overfeeding without proper nute uptake. Check your pH runoff(should be around 6) and adjust your soil mix accordingly. Dolomite lime & Garden Sulfur lowers pH, i like using both DL and Sulfur in small quantities. It is unlikely that you will need to make the pH higher of your soil but if so add a high N bat guano and that should work well.

Or your lights arent close enough to your plants effectively slowing your growth. They look very nice and healthy so i wouldn't worry too much

thats what i do. But how much? like a gallon or half lol

ive been going about 400mL-600mL
Till you have runoff.
Water slowly... a slow trickle starting at the stalk working in a circle to the edge. A pot spinner would be helpful in this scenario
sometimes i talk to my plants when i water so they get my CO2 ^_^
i honestly hate watering because it takes so long and i have so many plants but to avoid "dry pockets" this is the best way i have found
If i have a big pot like a 10 gallon, ill water in the morning till i get runoff, then an hour later when the water in the tray has soaked up i water again until the water tray is full
Watering too fast will cause dry spots which will kill roots, stress your plants, and possibly cause bacterial/viral infections.

Thanks man, I watered pretty well yesterday. so i will wait to check the runoff pH.
I pH the water to about 6.5-6.6 before I water.

I try and water slowly I dont just dump the water lol.
I do it in a circle around the pot. I like the idea from the stock to the edge.
very helpful!

Nice! keep it up man!
Are you growing organic?
If so it is unnecessary to pH your water, and actually stresses your plant/soil if that makes sense. The microbes in the soil set their own pH environment and if any adjustments are to be made to the pH it is better to take care of it in your soil mix rather than water.

Not really trying for organic, I am using FF OF and FoxFarm Grow Big, and Tiger bloom,

Im not sure if the nutes are organic or not,

I use the FF soil and nutes too (including the 3 dry ones in flower). My understanding is that the BB is organic, the others are not.

While I have had satisfactory results with FF I am considering giving something else a try.

I think I wanna give advanced nutes a try
