By a juicer. I have a really shitty russian one and it still worked. I just cropped my Veging plant that's going into flowering and i cropped the fan leaves etc and put them all in. I had dried leaves and i just poured how water over them. But the juice part is important basically you can add the leaves, coconut meat and Lime,Apple juice, mandarin etc. Just don't mix that all in that will just taste awful. I hope that you get the idea. You add leaves til the drink is all green and tastes like MARIJUANAAAAaa.
 
That guy sells juicers. Lived after having spinal meningitis. Now he just grows food, sells juicers, and puts out informative YouTube videos.
