Guys, let's talk about wallets

About every year give or take a couple months, I seem to have to get a new wallet. I've always just bought low end cheap wallets, nothing special. I'm tired of wasting my money and wanted something that will last. I think I finally found a wallet that should last.

I found Mr Lentz online this morning and ordered a nice wallet from him. Handmade in USA with top grain leather. No stitching to fall apart, ever.

100 year guarantee, I've never heard of anything like that, but that's what I'm looking for. I guess I'll see once I get it. Hopefully this will be the last wallet I have to buy.

This is the wallet I ordered -

I got Western brown color with snap closures and no chain, I didn't get any personalization or branding.

So what kind of wallet do you guys have?

I have a couple of new wallets in a drawer in the bedroom that I received as gifts over the last few years . My brother made me a duct tape wallet which is pretty cool and the one that I'm currently using. So when the current wallet is retired I'll have a quick replacement on hand.... BTW in a trifold man !

I've had the same one for well over 10 years. Stole it from walmart when I was a dope fiend because I thought it was stupid to spend money on something that I am going to put money into, plus I wanted drugs. Sorry and thanks walmart. It's a trifold, brand "George"

That's what I have right now, a "George" brand trifold. I've had it 13-14 months and it's falling apart already. I don't even have that much in my wallet either, 5-7 cards and I never carry much cash, usually under $60.

For some reason, I seem to destroy wallets lol

I quit carrying a wallet about 2 years ago. I've got a leather phone case with a folding cover like a little leather book. I just keep my CCs and Id in there, a couple business cards, and a couple of bills. I carry a little folded stack of cash in my back pocket when I need to. I am so glad to be rid of the wallet, it was always accumulating junk and was bigger than my cell phone....

I got one of these after I retired:b019b103-c560-48a8-9b74-2f91efab80be_1.0a963b08106abe2464064a1bbe9d0e15.jpeg as my old wallet died and I figured since I won't have to buy pants as often why ruin them. My old wallet just kept growing and would wear a hole in my back pocket. This can't grow lol, too much or it won't close. Like Tyler it has the cards and ID only; I carry the paper cash in a money clip in front pocket. I like it but the plastic separators get brittle and break, but it still holds the cards. $9.00 at Target
