I'm no expert but that browning tips might be heat stress man. You said you have organic soil, that's nice and dandy but is it one of those slow release formulas or something?
Wait for an expert guy to chime in.

They honestly don't look bad at all. It looks like a quik fix.

Slightly overwatered and possible cal-mag defficent.

Also are you letting your water sit out before you give it to them??
Public water has alot of clorine in it. Clorine kills plants.

i meant nutrients but like acouple already said its prob over watered and maybe a small nute deff like cal mag and thats why i asked what ur feeding them

I THINK, dont know, but would guess they arent drying out enough between waterings is the actual issue. Some nutes, like potassium i think, uptake better when the soil is dryer, some like phosphorous i think when its wetter. So if it doesnt dry out enough you dont uptake enough k so it builds up, and higher levels of k reduce the uptake of calcium and magnesium. So it could be that the soil isnt even defficient, just, like others said, over watered.

Watering 3 times a week seems a bit much to me but if its what your plants used to then do it. See if you start a plant with only watering it once a week, thats how it likes it and vise versa. But i see some mold forming on your soil, i dont know if anyone else seen it but i do and this maybe your problem. It means you are watering it to much, remember, just because the top is dry doesnt mean the bottom is. You said this is a auto plant? Its actually a pretty good size but its rather slow on its budding. Mine are 4 and a half weeks old and they have way more bud then yours. Its hard because to fix the mold you need new soil and new pot but re-potting a plant now, is almost a death sentence... So... im going to say, slow down your watering. Dont worry about nutes or anything, so down your watering and watch it. I really hope she turns out for you, shes so far into it now. The mold will cause yellowing and browning of the leaves.

its not about how many times a week you should water, you ahould only be watering the plant when it needs to be watered, not based on days or anything.
