Gym Time

At 53 years old, I skipped the gym and went to logging, bucking trees with 20 inch chain saws and chopping that which has been bucked into firewood with a 8lb wedge/splitting maul. Carry around some 40 and 50 foot logging chains for a bit and then go chop some firewood after bucking for a couple hours... you won't need a gym.

Heck you can buy unsplit and split it, sell it as firewood and make some money on the side while you're getting a work out.

I've done that in Michigan. However there's no real replacement of good consist cardio and weight training. I get it though my old stihl is heavy but nothing like curling 75lb dumbbells and shit.

Big back injury back in December had me on a couch all year slowly fixing it...finally getting the CNS firing on all cylinders about a month and half into nSuns 4 day. I dont record accessories, you just crank those out after mains.

stop smoking weed for a while, suddenly you'll see that it's that habit that is killing your motivation.

Dopamine that is released when you physically exert yourself which also gets you high, BUT, the high is clean and energizing, not suppressive and relaxing like Cannabis.

people that claim they can consume and be fully productive are full of shit lol.

I started abstaining during summer/fall about decade ago, it's an eye opener.
speak for yourself. I use cannabis daily and I work out 5 to 6 days a week, work 40-50 hours a week and still find time to be in a gigging local band that practices 2 to 3 times a week and played shows 2 to 3 times a month pre covid. would I be capable of a bit more if I consumed less weed? possibly, but I like to actually enjoy some relaxation once in a damn while.

I challenge you to abstain for a 30 days. No drugs/alcohol of any kind while keeping the same daily routine. Gauge your body's response, especially your thoughts, and your happiness.

I stopped drinking and smoking pot for almost 5 years in my mid twenties. was working a job that drug tested regularly and I've never been a huge drinker. it was fine. not noticabealy better, but certainly not any worse. I consume cannabis because it enhances my life and helps me manage chronic pain from a back injury I suffered in my 30s. you're barking up the wrong tree with me, I'm not a lazy stoner running away from life or my feelings. if anything, cannabis actually allows me to maintain the active lifestyle that I live.

I'm currently on a good sarm stack and loving it! You should look into mk677. I use it in my current stack of s4, s23, mk2866, Sr 9009, a test base 1 andro and of course mk677.

Either way mk677 has alot of anti aging and repair benefits.

nah my days of PED's are over. I was interested in mk677 briefly for it's grehlin antagonist properties while i was on a heavy test/tren cycle and my appetite got crushed but i never did grab any...just roughed it out and forced 4000cal down my throat....yeah tren is no joke. I won't knock the SARMS cuz we call ourselves 'lab rats' when we're on steroid cycles so i'm in no position to cast judgment on SARMS.
