I feel you pain bro, those were some damn nice CFL plants!!! As payback, you should go to a farm and fill up a whole trash bag with pig/horse shit and write a payback message. When they pick up the trash... BAM.. teh stink!!!

Sorry to hear about your babies man. I had a house I was living in raided when the warrent was obtained from seeds and stems in the trash. I was on a hiatus at the time (probation) and my roommate got busted for pitd - he had like 2z of super schwag and the cops were high fiving each other and shit. Kid ended up killing himself b/c his parents were so dissappointed. Another victory in the war on drugs!
Had a scary conversation with a former dea agent - he was bitching about how they would only let him go after the big guys - his opinion was that the best way to win this "war" was to make life miserable for the users! That was an eye opener for me as to what kind of people we're dealing with.

Yes they can. The law states that trah is no longer your property, it is trash. You have given up the right to that property once it is lables as trash. It is free game to anyone who wants to look through it at any moment of any day. That is wqhy you gotta be so careful bout what you put in your trash... it is not yours once it is in the trash.
