half broken branch, can i save it???

im doing a big sativa that i vegged too long and got to big, any way while moving her around a branch bent up against the wall, didn't completly break off, but definetly messed up, it is at day 40 of flowering, i dont want it to slow the rest of the plant down, can i put something on the bend to help keep it toghether. or should i just cut it off. please help.

yea try to put a splint on it and tie the branch up if you have too if it doesn't perk up in a few days after that it is probably done for

It will survive, a few days is a nice optimistic hope but it might take 1-2 weeks for it to fully recover.. Heres what to do, get some gauze, and tape, hold the colas so its right where it used to be, wrap gauze around the broken branch where its broken and then wrap the tape around the gauze. I'm 99.999999 sure of it, I've done the same thing more times than i care to admit, lol, so thats why im so sure of it. When the branch is healed simply snip the tape and remove it and the gauze.

Forgot to add that you should tie it to a stake or w/e you got lying around(I sometimes even just tie the broken one to a higher branch) so the branch doesnt have to support its own weight. Not real close, just enough so it holds up the broken one.
