Hang dry or screen basket

As I consider drying my first harvest I am wondering what the different is between hanging cut branches upside down or laying them in one of those portable round screen basket hangers.
Is the difference that the screen shelf type can possibly make the flowers flat on one side?
I'm really leaning towards the screen shelves as a space saver.

I have thought about screens but still hang dry. Easier to redistribute moisture from the stem/branch the way I dry.

I like to hang, the screens are good for wet machine trimmed stuff that doesn't have any branches to hang from. You have to shake them up every couple hrs so the buds don't get flat

I use 6' tall welded wire fencing to dry with. I make 3' diameter circles with them and you can really maximize your drying space.

I'll have them in my grow space with exhaust fan going. That should work for air movement I hope.

I always hang the whole plant upside down and remove large fans once it mostly seems dry but stems don't snap yet

and when stems start to snap I take them down remove nugs from stems and begin trimming them up :)

I jar them when finished trimming usually a couple days later and burp the first few days but leave them jarred and curing untill it's been about one to two months or so seems to work pretty nicely :) ✌
