hanging entire plant vs full trim of all leaves then hang which has better taste?

Anyone have any definitive info on this? I like to do a full trim on my buds then hang dry to a brittle stem then jar for a month burped. I noticed the smell decreased as the buds dry...My buddy says to not remove any leaves and hang wrapped in a paper bag for 5 - 7 days then full trim and jars. Does anyone have any input on this issue?

i trim all the leaves while the plant is still standing and alive (its easier trim) then i cut each branch off and hang them

trimming the entire plant first makes the work a shitload of alot easier..

BUT

if you hand the entire plants - roots included (going into cultivation folklore) all the goodness gets to drain in the bud, and you get a extra potent final product.. PLUS.. since the leaves also contain THC, although to a much lesser amount, dried trim is more favorable to work with then fresh trim ...lol.. fresh trim.. i have a filthy mind

it really doesnt matter IMO as long as when u dry its dark and theres good airflow. and you cure for atleast a month
