Hanging height for led

Are auto pots a drain to waste system or recirculating system so I’m feed using a recirculating chart which should advised me to follow and I feel like my plants are under fed so should I follow a drain to waste chart or recirculating?

If you have IR leds on your light you go by leaf temp, at least I do..
Once you have optimal leaf temp and humidity, it's all about nutes and what your genetics are willing to take.
Your plants will show you one way or the other.
Ofc closer lights = more intensity / less power needed.
