Hardly any vertical growth

Hey everyone, this is my first post on this forum,
I have 2 feminized, auto flowering Yoruba Nigeria that are 5 weeks old (this is my first grow), i used seebird guano as fertilizer and about a week and a half ago they had a nutrient burn, the smaller one (3 days younger) suffered quiet badly so its a lot smaller.
So i flushed them and they have recovered, except the new leaves on the older one are getting a slight yellow tinge and overall its not growing vertically anymore and is very crowded.
The brunt tips are from the nutrient burn i think. I read maybe one or two dozens sites on common problems and i think it looks like a zing or magnesium deficiency, but since i recently flushed them it could be overwatered.
Also iam going to buy a new fertilizer since the seebird guano has an NPK ratio of 10.5-4.5-7 which isnt ideal.
I know that the pot is a bit small for both of them, i underestimated their size, but i have nowhere else to put the other plant.
Iam getting an EC meter and PH meter in 1-2 days along with the new fertilizer, CANNA Terra Flores and CANNA Terra Vega.
Also in the first picture is that the start of the Flower?

Looks like a ph issue. Get ph meter flush with 6.5 water with a lot of runoff. Use the canna terra vega ,no need to ph it buffers to about 6.5.
Terra vega at 3ml/ litre.

Got the fertilizer, the meters havent arrived yet. I dont really want to flush it again since i flushed them 1-2 weeks ago. Iam going to fertilize them slightly and see if they improve

Could be root bound lota weed in that planter pot man also is that soil breathable dont look like it if gonna use mag id foilage feed it make real light mix and spray or u could nut lock em

well the water runs through the soil easily and quickly, so i'd say its breathable. Its a 6 and a half Gallon Pot, near 7, so there's plenty of space for the roots to expand, it has has good drainage (theres a large space below the soil for runoof).
I might try spraying the nutes.
What do you mean with use mag?

Magniesium aka epson salt dont spray nuts will burn plant I ment like 1/2 teaspoon of mag in 1 litre spray bottle sorry dont know gallons buy epson salt at super market by breathable I mean does it retain moisture much how much water still in soil after watering pick up when dry water then after stops running pick up see how heavy it is

hmm, it retains maybe 4L of water or so, after the flush it took more than a week to dry, till the upper 5cm or so are dry it would probably take 2 weeks or so. When i normally water it basically nothing runs through, the soil retains all of it, unless i water more than need to.

You should water until it comes out the bottom. Run off is good to get rid of excess salts. I do it all the time on my coco plants. Out a dish or as I call 'saucer' under the pot. When you water all the runoff goes in the saucer. Get a 20 dollar wet vac from Walmart and use that to such the water out.

dont need a dish, my pot has a chamber below the soil were all the excess water collects, and theres a plug under the pot where i can drain it. Gonna do that when i water in future.

most obvious question is, what is your RH range? if it's too low, like 20-40% during vegetative growth (into early flower), growth stunts in exactly that way.

I've grown at the low end of your range for many years and never had stunted growth. Just lucky?

The guano burn and flush would seem the more obvious issue to me. Yes, drain that lower pan and let them dry a bit.

my humidity is generally around 40-60%, cant be that.
its pretty cold though if that could affect it, around 16-19°C
