That was a good thing. Or so we have heard.

All he had to do was apologize for his insensitivity. Probably too late now.He was working with the other side, in the spirit of bipartisanship.

And then joking about calling black men 'boys'...Back door deals and federal junkets with carrots and sticks ..."good times"
Maybe not. The remnants of the politics of his days are strong in a lot of battleground states. They might decide for Biden BECAUSE he didn't apologize. All he had to do was apologize for his insensitivity. Probably too late now.
That's why I don't think Obama will even endorse him now. Stick a fork in him. He's old as fuck.Maybe not. The remnants of the politics of his days are strong in a lot of battleground states. They might decide for Biden BECAUSE he didn't apologize.
Even I agree LOLThat's why I don't think Obama will even endorse him now. Stick a fork in him. He's old as fuck.
I love this mothafucka too.
Well he certainly would if Ol' Joe gets past the primaries. But I think there is no chance whatsoever that Obama will endorse anybody before the convention. That's why I don't think Obama will even endorse him now. Stick a fork in him. He's old as fuck.
You're funny.if Ol' Joe gets past the primaries
Obama will endorse and work for whoever gets the nomination, I guarantee it.That's why I don't think Obama will even endorse him now. Stick a fork in him. He's old as fuck.
Trump has changed the game for the worseObama will endorse and work for whoever gets the nomination, I guarantee it.
As far as Biden goes, let me say this.
Most of my long term friends are around my age. I'm 65. A few of them are black and are guys I worked with for 40 years.
They all like Biden because they think he can crush Trump.
When I ask those guys about Biden's past (i.e. Anita Hill, bussing, racist colleagues, etc.) they all say, 'fuck that, he can beat Trump and all those old white guys did offensive shit years ago. He's not racist now. Trump is.'
I'm inclined to agree but I'd still like to see a younger person gain serious momentum. I just don't see a JFK or young Barack Obama out there right now that can surge and win.
We may have to accept an antique one more time to get rid of Trump. And that is everybody's #1 issue in my age bracket.
And the circular firing squad helps Trump. He already has Russian help, he doesn't need help from Democrats.
There are no truly horrible candidates on the Dem side that I can see. And if we can't win over the senate and kick McConnell down to the minority, whoever wins will be in the same position Obama was in his last 6 years.
In the words of a friend, vote republicans out.
That is all.
I think Buttigieg has a chance to catch fire - without trying to compare him to Kennedy.Obama will endorse and work for whoever gets the nomination, I guarantee it.

i hate those terms. 'most electable" "most presidential".I think Buttigieg has a chance to catch fire - without trying to compare him to Kennedy.
Despite the ORW telling us that admitting to a failing "doesn't look Presidential", I think honesty was a good move. I was impressed by his ability to communicate. It may go over well.
And avoid the capital P.Trump has changed the game for the worse
Vote out anything with an "R" in front of its name
Consider the source (ORW). If anybody embodies why the self-described Progressives are poison, it is those three.i hate those terms. 'most electable" "most presidential".
isnt the "most electable" and "most presidential" candidate the one who wins?
Without Obama's endorsement, he is done. I'll get back to this.Obama will endorse and work for whoever gets the nomination, I guarantee it.

I don't doubt that you have observed what you say. However, that is not at all what I have observed. I have very consistently observed at what I estimate at 90+% "I won't vote for him in the primaries but blue no matter who in the general". That's what I hear from everyone with very few exceptions.
Biden slipped 10 points after the second night of the debates. If someone with no fame like Harris already gave him a fat lip, then no, I don't think he can beat Trump. If Trump is applauded for racism, how can Biden call him on it with his refusal to acknowledge his racial insensitivity?
Now, let's talk real shit. How is he going to recover without Obama's endorsement? Why in the world would Barack Obama squander his clout by endorsing him now? If there is one thing that I can tell you about Obama it is that he thinks about his influence before he does shit.
Now imagine a shrewd and calculating prosecutor cross-examining Donald Trump. Imagine her actually prosecuting him for his actual fucking crimes.
Harris 2020.
