Great set up & very neat, them babies are drowning (over watered). Same thing happened to a friend of mine 2 weeks ago, they looked healthy and green but they were droopy. He watched them for 5 days, they got worse, so we pulled one and there it was - mould right under the wool cube, bummer so he started again. Grow wool can be a bitch if u over water. Think damp and u will do ok!!!

Hey guys, my babies are doing great. Im still watering them 1x every 2 days and it seems to be working good but i think once they get bigger ill need to water 1x a day.
I topped my plants 3 days ago ( really not sure if i even did it right).

ppm was at 560-570 but i just bumped it up a little to 640-650. See how my babies like it.
Ph is at 5.8
temp is from 72-75

These are my mother plants, What should i be doing to make them as big as possible so i could have as much clones off them. I cut the very top growing tip.

On the side branches there are also growing tips, should i be cutting those too?

Thanks everyone =)

Looking good Brother. Im sooo jealous of your set-up. Its the dogs, man. Plants have come on really well, they're a credit to the love and dedication being piled at them. Keep up the posts, personally I wouldnt cut the tips until you have to. Im just gonna cut my top tip off when she is too big for my room.

Very Nice, I may be interested in trying something like this out. What do you have invested in this set up? It may be short term memory loss, but did you say how many lights you will have running all this, and how many plants you'll have going total?

good job man

I have about 6k invested.
8bulb t5 light for mothers/clones
2 1k watt lights for flowering.

Im going to keep under 100 plants to be safe. federals dont really care about less then 100 plants.

Hi i came home after 2 days, and my plants look alot bigger and the growing tips i nipped have grown back.

I need a some advise.
They are now in 6in. pots, should i transplant them to bigger ones? I read that more people do but i asked AL B FUCT the guys grow im coping and he seys I should leave them in the 6in pots theyll be fine? What do you guys think?

If you look at the big fan leaves they are a little droopy, Could this be from heat?

Thanks

Came back home after being gone for a couple days and my girls are looking bigger and stronger. I changed out the res and up'd the ppm to 1100.
I still dont got the watering times down, these little rw cubes are tricky.
They still droop from underwatering/overwatering im still experimenting with them to find the perfect times.

Here are some pics, How long do you guys think before i can take clones off them? And what i should do to make the stems thicker and longer.

Put a fan in the room and leave it on for min 12 hrs, and if the plants are blowing around moderately it will make the stems much much thicker... worked for me within a week!

u gota pretty sweet operation goin definitly ill be watchin this. i was wonderin if u found out about that problem u had with ur leaves i have same "burns" on a couple of mine i also have signs of "toxic salt buidup" im assuming its from my salty chlorine filed tap water. im diluting mine 50/50 with distilled now and it made a huge difference. my tap pppm is only 170 ppm too but i think the tap water in it is still enough to screw up a few. also what kinda nutes ya usin? im usin g.h. 3-part . . .im also a noob and hear they're pretty easy to mix and good yeild

Yea, I mean topping. Isent that just cutting off the growing tips so they split?

No i never figured out what those burns were but they were only on a few leaves so i just cut them off and havent seen them since. Im using flora nova grow right now for my mother plants.

do you understand topping yet...

lollypopping is cutting the lower branches off to make more energy go towards the top of the plant producing large colas- its usually done when there is not a lot of light, or if there are height restrictions... It makes the plant shape out like a lollypop... also would not recommend it...

Its your first grow- your a super newb, your best strategy is to just grow them timidly- dont do anything cocky... They want to grow, just let them, then next grow experiment with one or two things, and so on so forth- till your a green thumb
