Harvest now? - pics

Hey folks, just wondering if i should harvest one of my plants, this is my first grow into 8 weeks flowering.

I think its pretty much done, but a more experienced grower will know, i tried a little tester branch a week ago and it was fine.

Looks like you could probably take her another week or two.. When she fully matures, typically your fan leaves will begin to loose there green color. I usually go off the color of the trichomes because you can actually control what type of high you get from your plants. I usually cut them as soon as I see the first amber trich's and the rest are milky and some clear. Hope that helps

I have three other plants that are a little bit behind this one, so was thinking maybe getting a different mix of trichomes from each plant.
This one is milky/clear dont think there's amber yet.

Do you think it would be fine to take this one down now or better to just wait, for the other three i would flower longer for amber trichomes.

with respect, I disagree with your statement about give her another week, this lady is ready for chop down because of the tight calyxz...they re lost ability to get the pollen...so you can see the swollen calyx in the picture ? you dont need to use mircoscope to check it out. Hopefully it will help you in your grow too.

Banteros, Dannyboy is right about ready for trim ! happy harvesting and peace.

The calyxes look swollen, pistils are scarce (and therefore I assume receding).
Without even seeing trichomes, your plant looks ready for harvesting.

I decided to trim her down last night, thanks for all the replies folks.

I'll let my other two/three get to amber trichs like boarder mentioned

Here are some pics, probably not the best manicured bud in the world :roll: but.

Not sure on weight yet, just going to let it dry out first then check it, anywhere near 1/2 o and i'd be happy for my first ever plant.
