Harvest time for a noob! PLEASE HELP! (EXPERTS PLEASE)

Well this is starting out to be a great week! First off I got my camera back. Then I opened up the room this morning to find that alot of the hairs are starting to get red, the tops still have extremely long red hairs though? Please I am including lots of pics in the hopes that somene can advise me on how long till I should harvest. Also, I know I put these girls through hell so would some experts give me some feedback on how they look and what I may have done wrong please?

they looked burnt to a crisp. flush then flush then flush some more. they have a few weeks left if they can live that long.

Thank you guys for the advice I have been flushing these girls for the last month since I noticed the over nute problem. They are also drinking pure water right now till harvest. Any other ideas? Will it still be good smoke? My nutes are all organic.

I would def. advise pruning those chicks. The bud looks great, besides you don't smoke the leaves anyway

Thanks guys for the encouraging words and advice on my girls. I think the buds look absolutely beautiful and I will take the advice and trime the dead stuff today. The buds are massive and packed with trichs!! I just cant wait. Anymore advice?

there is no need to cut off all the leaves, just cut off the brown parts of the leaves.

How long was it you didnt check on them before you noticed the problem? Something that horrible did not take 1 or 2 days. Do you have a bottom tray under your pots? If you do take them out of there when you flush. I have been using the FDD method for this grow and its awesome. Feed nutes right when the light cycle begins and flush them every night . And it seems to be working great.

Ok so I finally figured out what caused my problem! Damn it Im an idiot. I was using tap water and treating with sodium thiosulfate to get rid of all chlorine and chloramine so my organic would give me all its benefits. Well I forgot that one of the biproducts of this treatment is nitrogen which is usually good but when I ran into nitrogen toxicity I started flushing but instead of using RO water I used treated tap which only furthered my problem because I was flushing with nitrogen rich water! DAMN IT STUPID!!!
