Harvest Time Soon (Macros Included)

[FONT=&quot]Hello, It's my first time posting on here and I just had a few questions. The plant here is called Big Devil from Sweet Seeds and it is autoflowering. I've been growing it for quite a while and now it looks like its ready to be cut. I just wanna clarify some things before I do so. Is it ok to cut the whole plant even if there are some bud sites that are not completely finished, ie still have white hairs. Most of the plant's hairs are changing or have already changed color but the interior buds are still kinda full of off white hairs which i suspect should be changing soon. The only reason why I want to cut is now is because many of the hairs have already changed and I know there's only a 7-10 day time frame when resin production is at its highest. It would be kind of difficult to pick individual buds as they mature because I've already cut nutrients and have only been feeding it with filtered water for the last couple of waterings and the plant is slowly dying so I don't know how long it will take for them to finish. Any insight on this would be great, I don't have a good enough microscope to check the trichs so I've been forced to go by the hairs, also its my first time growing this strain so I don't know how it behaves toward the end of flowering. I realize a lot of these pics look like the buds have mostly white hairs but I assure you that there are a lot of red/orange/brown ones too.

I have never grown an auto flowering strain but I allways base my harvest time on the trichrome color not the color of the hairs. I like a 70%amber/30% clear or cloudy trichrome ratio. (or close to it)

Well that's the thing, I don't have a good enough magnifying glass to see as close i need to in order to see the color change in there, from what i can tell it looks cloudy in there but again there's no way i can tell for sure.

^What he said. Also, consider keeping her in the dark for the last 2-3 days after the final flush. Give her time to absorb the last of the nutes. Looks yummy!

Yea I'm planning on keeping it in the dark for a lil before harvesting to increase resin production as well as dry it out a little and let the starches and sugars that are in the leaves and buds when its sunny out to travel down to the roots and stay there when i cut it. So could anyone give a rough estimate for how much longer i should keep it going?

You have a ways to go yet. I'd say about three or four more weeks. Some plants will show red hairs very early on in flowering, but you always go by the trichome colors. Invest in a loupe, or microscope. Like 20 bucks max, then you can make that back when you harvest.

Are you 100% sure because i was planning on chopping it maybe Friday, most of the hairs on it are red/orange, those pics are not very good i guess because the plant looks like its shutting down, the leaves are getting very yellow and have been for weeks even when i was still giving it nutes and it was not nute burn, as well as kind of curling down, I doubt its any kind of nutrient deficiency because its focusing all of its energy on bud production and I'm not gonna re introduce ferts and nutes this late in its life. It stinks like holy hell too and has gone from a sweet smell like its supposed to be early on to more of a skunky smell. The main cola has most of its hairs red/orange/brown for a few weeks now, most of the smaller lower colas are also following suit as well. And im rolling face right now so i really dont wanna type anymore lol

When it is close enough to time you can see the trichomes ambering, especially on the sugar leaves. You'll be able to see it with the naked eye.
