i know everyone says not to but i have just been looking for an excuse.. tri's were getting some amber in the main cola but all the lower branches tops were still all clear and steady putting on more flowers.. so i said fuck it and clipped it.. lowered my light like 10" above the plant.. added an hr of light (it's an autoflower and on a timer not a light schedule) and i also shook up my superthrive and used a Q-tip to wipe the cap (about 20min later after the cut had a good sweat) and then i just dabbed it on the wound.. IDK if any of this shit works so don't go run out and start chopping autoflower cola's.. but i don't see why it wouldn't..i have my 4 new beans in and they all have broken ground/2 still have to shake off their husk. so i have about 10 days or so before i have (want) to put them directly under the lights.. this is a pic right after.. i'll have the new pic later when the lights go off but so far the flowers have not stopped popping out. every top has continued to put on flowers i have not noticed a single min. of recovery time..
